We celebrated Father's Day at Devils Lake on Sunday. Yes, it was a week early. Someone (ahem, Gina) thought Father's Day was on the 14th and not the 21st, so we celebrated a week early. Yes, Gina calls all the shots in the family. Juuust kidding. It ended up working out best for everyone and the weather was per-fect!
It has become somewhat of a tradition to go to Devils Lake for Father's Day. We've done it for probably about 4 years. We grill out, some peeps take a dip in the lake, we take a hike. It's always a good time.
This will be the last time I see Cooper for a while, so everyone will be spared pics of him for a few weeks. But really, would anyone mind seeing more pics of this sweet little face? I know I can't get enough of it, but I also know I am biased.

Also, you'll see Cooper in about a week and a half... unless you think that's a long time. Awww... I would!
Oh. Em. Gee. Someone else had the most amazing idea ever of naming their first born son Cooper. I'm a little upset that I'm not as creative as I thought - BUT as long as they promise to never send their Cooper to the same elementary school as I will eventually send mine to, I'll forgive.
Forgive - and also commend on such a great choice of naming.
